CHRISTMAS ON THE MOON (Jonathan Thomas' Christmas on the Moon).

I have been reliably informed that this series first broadcast in 1938 with one episode a day between Thanksgiving and Christmas. It was apparently produced by the same company that created the Cinnamon Bear the previous year. It is said that it also starred many of the same actors whose voices were used in the Cinnamon Bear series. Unfortunately I am unable to supply further details.

This wonderful Christmas series in many ways resembles the "Alice in Wonderland" story and many of the characters in that world famous book are similar to those in "Christmas on the Moon". The series starts in earnest after Jonathan is read a bedtime story by his father....

It has been claimed by many, that this series was lost for over 50 years and subsequently I am pleased to offer the complete series "Free of Charge" to all of our visitors to download [please do not use a download manager]. The quality is excellent when you consider that the recordings are 68 years old. I have not attempted to enhance the files in any way, I leave that to your own judgement.
